SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Customers should provide correct details when proceeding the order.
Receiver address, contact information are necessary for the courier service.
Molecule Aroma is not responsible for any undelivered product caused by any invalid information provided by customers.
All prices on the website are in Hong Kong dollars. Prices are subjected to changes without notice.
Molecule Aroma reserves the right to refuse any order. In such case, Molecule Aroma will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and refund to you any payment in full.
LOCAL DELIVERY (HONG KONG)
Your order will be processed within 7-10 working days upon payment being received. If there is any further delay due to stock availability or shipping problems, you will be contacted and notified of such.
Any purchase choosing Pay on Delivery provided by SF Express, the shipping cost would be generated based on the parcel weight, size and receiver’s address and charged by SF Express separately.
Molecule Aroma will offer free shipment if you choose to pick up our products from SF Stores provided by SF Express.
Please note that deliveries will not be made on weekends or public holidays. All orders are shipped from HK area.

For international orders, please contact us for a shipping quote. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only – delays caused by the customs clearance processes are excluded from our responsibility.
Import duty, customs fees, and local sales taxes (levies) may be charged to you by the destination country’s authorities (depending upon the laws and regulations of the corresponding country). Molecule Aroma is not responsible for any custom duty charges. Payment of these levies may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

RETURN AND REPLACEMENTS
For any undelivered order or products damaged when arrived, please contact us within 7 days from order received. We are not liable and will not replace or compensate for any loss of, or damages to items that we send if the loss or damage is a result of an event beyond our reasonable control, or if the items are seized by customs or any other government agency.
Any potential exchange or refund of orders dur to quality issues must be contacted via email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Molecule Aroma will contact afterwards about the decision of accepting or rejecting the refund / exchange application.
Damage caused by accident, negligence, abused or misused repair will not be covered. Molecule Aroma does not accept any product returns due to the customers’ prefereces (i.e. the scent or the desire of customers).
We may request you to return related products before processing a refund or replacement. Items received beyond this period will not be accepted.
